When I first came to Certified Senior Solutions, I was frustrated with the current resource I was using to assist my parents with the VA application for the Aid and Attendance Benefit. The process to obtain the benefit had been dragging out for over a year. The advisers at CSS were able to assist me in speaking with a representative at the Veterans Association, where we learned that their application was going to be denied. CSS reviewed the application and identified items within the application that were completed incorrectly. This was stalling the process and creating the potential denial of the benefit. They helped me to correct the items so that I could re-submit the application. Within a few months my parent's were awarded the full VA benefit. I can't thank the staff at CSS enough.
