They had answers for every question we asked and went out of their way to help us and my mother in every possible way they could. They kept us apprised of openings at available care facilities and assisted in the eventual placement of my mother. I cannot recommend them enough.

When I first came to Certified Senior Solutions, I was frustrated with the current resource I was using to assist my parents with the VA application for the Aid and Attendance Benefit. The process to obtain the benefit had been dragging out for over a year. The advisers at CSS were able to assist me in speaking with a representative at the Veterans Association, where we learned that their application was going to be denied. CSS reviewed the application and identified items within the application that were completed incorrectly. This was stalling the process and creating the potential denial of the benefit. They helped me to correct the items so that I could re-submit the application. Within a few months my parent's were awarded the full VA benefit. I can't thank the staff at CSS enough. Their knowledge and compassion for my family was evident throughout the process. We are so grateful to them.

CSS is a great local resource for help and guidance through the maze of elder care needs. Over the past 2 years, CSS has assisted us in evaluating and finding appropriate senior housing placements for our uncle and mother, and linked us to –in home caregiving assistance through its affiliate Hope Senior Home Care. The staff at CSS is pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, and devoted to assisting the elderly and their families and tailoring solutions to a family’s specific needs. Their personal experience with these issues gives them insight and compassion in addressing the concerns at hand.
